#IMG# featured image problem

when i enter the IMG in “Message text Format:” this doesnt post the actual featured image of the post , but only the first image in the post body. if there is a featured image defined and there is no image in the post body – there no picture will show

my featured image is shown only on excerpt and defined: class=”attachment-post-thumbnail wp-post-image”

what and where do i need to put in Alternative “Featured Image” location?

also – i am using “related posts” plugin and this plugin is getting the posts thumbnails without any problem or configurations.

i am using an “auto post pro” autoposter.
this might be the problem.
how can i delay the autopost for several minutes?

the options “published immediatelly”/ cron job – doeesnt say anything about delay

i am using : Use WP Cron to Schedule autoposts. i have configured cron to work twice every hour. but it doesnt seems to work. the posts are posted on social immediatelly
